		BBC World News The Royal Geographical Society announced today that a major new Inca site has been discovered in Peru by an Adventure Specialist expedition. Discovery of the site, Cota Coca, comes just months after the National Geographic announced the discovery of another ‘lost city’ by a team sponsored by Adventure Specialists. Leaders of the expedition, American archaeologist Gary Ziegler and British writer/explorer Hugh Thomson, led a team of guest participants and muleteers into the Peruvian Vilcabamba beyond Machu Picchu. Our home is Westcliffe, Colorado. We only do Colorado, Mexico's Copper Canyon, Peru and we've been doing it since 1970. Our adventure expeditions are simply....the real thing!

When you contact us, you reach our solar powered, wood stove-heated 1886 log cabin office at Bear Basin Ranch in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Perhaps Gary is in Peru, Amy in Mexico or the staff out pushing cows but one of us will return your call or e-mail. You can count on communicating personally with someone who genuinely lives adventure with hands on knowledge of our programs.

Gary is a Peruvian-trained archaeologist having spent a life-time studying the Inca and he knows the Copper Canyon in Mexico as well as anybody. He has helped produce and appears as an expert in specials on the Discovery Channel, History Channel's Digging for the truth , BBC and NPR's Science Friday.
